The Full Catalog
Everything We Can Do.
This isn't a feature wishlist. Every capability on this page is real and built. Most of it is shared across our builds, some written for one trade in particular, like Septic Plus Inc’s pump-out scheduling or the insurance-claims and drying documentation in our restoration build. Not a hypothetical.
Born in the field, not in a boardroom. Every one of these earned its place on a real job site.
Run the Day in the Field
Job cards built for gloves, trucks, and wet hands. Actions first, paperwork second.
- Every job card leads with the buttons techs actually need: On My Way text, Call, Text, Navigate, Take Photo, Mark Complete.
- "On My Way" texts open pre-filled in the tech's own Messages app. The customer sees a real local number, and you never pay per-message fees.
- Emergency flag surfaces urgent jobs everywhere, instantly, on every device.
- "Couldn't Complete" captures the reason in one tap instead of leaving a job silently open.
- Jobs go On Hold with a reason (customer decision, permit, parts) so waiting never reads as late.
- Multi-day jobs span the calendar as "Day 2 of 3" and only go overdue when the whole span passes.
- Job status is never a dropdown someone forgets to update. It derives from what people actually did.
The Permanent Property Record
A fact learned once never has to be rediscovered. The property, not the customer, is the record.
- Structured records per trade: tank size & material and gate codes for septic; water shutoff, panel, water heater, and prior losses for remediation. Whatever your trade needs to know.
- Gate codes, dogs on site, and access notes surface as a heads-up block at the top of the job card, before the tech leaves the truck.
- Techs add property facts from the field, so the record gets smarter on every single visit.
- Jobs, photos, equipment history, and follow-ups attach to the address and survive owner changes.
- Landlords, tenants, and buyers all link to the same property correctly. Contacts are many-to-many.
- Global search finds anything: partial phone digits, street, nickname, job note, claim number, service type.
- Nothing is ever hard-deleted. The history is the asset.
Scheduling & Dispatch
Week and month views, real capacity, and route-smart suggestions that turn drive time into revenue.
- Week and month calendars with tap-through day lists and a "+ New Job" that pre-fills the date.
- Morning/afternoon capacity slots show "(1 left)" or "(full)," a warning, never a hard block.
- "Best days, trucks already nearby" suggests dates when a crew is already working within 10 miles of the property.
- Smart day suggestions weigh open capacity and truck proximity so booking doesn't mean hunting through the calendar.
- Techs see their own jobs; the office sees everything. Assignments push a real phone notification.
- Undated work lands in an Unscheduled bucket instead of disappearing.
- One Add screen creates the customer, the property, and the first job together, with a live duplicate-phone check.
Estimates, E-Signatures & Invoices
Quote it, sign it on the customer's own phone, and the invoice writes itself.
- Line-item estimates built right on the job: title, description, quantity, price, live total.
- Customers get a text or email link, open it on their phone, and sign with a finger. Timestamped and stored.
- The signed estimate becomes the invoice automatically when the job completes. Numbers are never retyped.
- A pipeline view tracks every quote: waiting → accepted → invoiced → paid, with stale quotes flagged red.
- Branded PDF estimates and invoices that look like they came from one professional firm.
- Money is office-eyes-only, enforced in the database. Techs see a work summary, never a price. A per-person estimator flag opens it up for the field guy who quotes.
- Records how customers paid (cash, check, card, insurance) without ever touching or taking a cut of the payment itself.
Repeat Revenue on Autopilot
The system remembers so nobody has to. Recurring work schedules itself.
- Completing a job auto-creates the next service reminder at your interval: pump-outs, tune-ups, inspections.
- Due reminders surface with one-tap Text, Schedule, +30 days, or Dismiss. Texting auto-snoozes so silent customers resurface.
- A "coming due, next 60 days" list lets the office batch outreach by area and fill slow weeks before they happen.
- A Win-Back list finds customers who've gone quiet for years and queues them for outreach.
- General follow-ups ("come back for this") set from any job or property with 3/6/12-month chips.
- One-tap referral asks, tracked so you can see how many went out.
Reviews, Leads & Marketing
A review engine and a lead pipeline that run on your phone. No agencies, no subscriptions.
- Reviews Waiting lists exactly who finished recently and never got asked. Two taps sends a pre-filled text with your Google review link.
- A lead pipeline captures every call-in, website, and referral inquiry: New → Contacted → Estimate Sent → Won/Lost, with a live "already a customer?" check.
- "Won" turns a lead into a customer and jumps straight into scheduling.
- A social post builder drafts platform-tuned posts for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business from your real completed jobs: seasonal hooks, service-area keywords, never a customer name or address.
- A "No Marketing" flag suppresses every marketing touch for opted-out customers automatically. Job texts still work, and a compliance list shows everyone suppressed.
- Plain operational numbers everywhere: reviews sent, asks made, win rate. No decorative graphs.
Insurance & Restoration Work
Built with a real leak-detection and remediation company. Claims and drying equipment, handled.
- Flag any job as an insurance job to unlock a claim panel: carrier, claim number, adjuster name and phone, deductible, date of loss.
- A claims dashboard runs the office: the whole carrier pipeline, adjuster on every card, and money owed at a glance.
- Adjuster-format claim reports generated straight from the job: room-by-room RCV, depreciation, ACV, and O&P.
- To-scale floor plans built from room measurements. Name a room, enter width and length in feet, drag it into place on a snap grid. Affected rooms shade themselves from the drying log, on the phone and on the printed report. (Measured rectangles, not scan-based capture: no doors, windows, or furniture.)
- Per-room moisture and temp/humidity logs, and printable drying reports. Enough documentation that a company relying on separate restoration documentation software can consolidate most of it here.
- Claims carry multiple damage types at once. Water + Mold reads back everywhere the job appears.
- Deductible tracking keeps carrier money and homeowner money legible, with a one-tap "collected" stamp.
- Drying equipment placed in two taps, auto-numbered, with a live day counter that goes red past pickup day.
- A "Handle Now" office queue derives itself from the data: equipment due, deductibles owed, claims missing essentials. Rows disappear when you do the thing.
Inspections, Photos & Documents
Defensible documentation that builds itself while the crew works.
- Structured inspection checklists for real-estate and service inspections, per trade.
- Branded PDF observation letters generated and emailed straight from the tech's phone.
- Photos typed (Before, After, Issue, Receipt, Permit…), attributed to who took them, attached to job and property forever.
- Completion nudges for an After photo, protecting the record without blocking the crew.
- Permit PDFs and county documents attach the same way and open as file tiles.
Built for Phones, Dead Zones & Real Crews
An installable app that keeps working in the crawlspace and syncs when you climb out.
- Installs to the iPhone home screen and runs like a native app. No app store, no laptop required.
- Every write saves to the device first and queues in an offline outbox: job cards, completions, notes, and photos all work with zero signal.
- Photos render instantly and upload in the background.
- Real push notifications when a job is created, assigned, or flagged emergency, and only then, so notifications stay meaningful.
- A Sync Health card shows exactly what's pending and a Force Full Resync button fixes a phone that's drifted.
- Office and field see the same live data, updated in real time.
- Checkable team notes on the dashboard and job cards. @mention a teammate and their copy is called out.
- One login, both worlds: dual-role users flip between the office view and the field view with a switcher.
Your Data, Actually Yours
A dedicated private database per company, with backups that have been proven, not just promised.
- Every company gets its own isolated database. Never shared tenancy with anyone else.
- Per-employee logins (invite-only), office and tech roles enforced at the database level, not just hidden in the app.
- Nightly automated off-site backups of your database and photos.
- The restore has been drilled and verified end-to-end. We prove backups work instead of hoping.
- A one-tap "Download Backup" gives the office its own copy of everything, any time.
- Existing customer lists import from CSV with a preview-before-writing dry run.
