Follow the claim from the first call to the last dollar.
Water mitigation software and the restoration claims app in one, for water, mold, and fire shops. On the tech's phone in the crawlspace and on the office laptop, with every homeowner update one tap away. No per-claim fees.
Built on the same platform that runs Septic Plus Inc every day, shaped around the claim instead of the job.
The Hartley claim: equipment placed Tuesday, sent to the carrier Wednesday, and the homeowner has heard from you every day. That's the whole point.

Who It's For
The shop that runs on texts and a spreadsheet.
Restore is water mitigation software built for the small restoration company where the owner still answers the phone, and where the office's real job is knowing what every homeowner and adjuster was told last.
This is you if
- A 2 to 15 person water, mold, or fire restoration company
- The office runs on texts and a spreadsheet, and every claim has a separate email thread with the adjuster
- You pay Encircle per claim and it still does not know who called the homeowner last
- One person, usually the owner, is the only one who knows where every claim stands
Probably not you if
- Multi-location enterprise shops with a franchise-mandated platform
- Companies that want a payment processor or accounting software. QuickBooks keeps the books; Restore records what happened on the claim
The Claim Lifecycle
Ten stages. One claim. Nothing retyped.
Every arrow below is a one-tap homeowner text, sent from the tech's own phone. The office never has to ask "did anyone tell them?"
Swipe to see all ten stages.
- 01
Call comes in
Logged with the source, the address, and the loss type.
- 02
Intake link
Texted before you hang up. They type their own email and confirm their name's spelling.
- 03
Claim opens
Carrier, claim number, date of loss, adjuster on the card.
- 04
Dispatch
On My Way text from the tech's own phone.
- 05
Document
Photos by room, daily moisture and GPP, floor plan, equipment clock.
- 06
Estimate
By room, RCV and ACV, signed with a finger on their phone.
- 07
Carrier pipeline
Stage chips and days-in-stage, recorded as the carrier reports it.
- 08
Dry & pick up
Equipment days close out, pickup lands on the schedule.
- 09
Complete
Before-you-leave checklist, then the estimate becomes the invoice.
- 10
Paid
Cash, check, card, or insurance, recorded by the office.
= a pre-written homeowner update, one tap, your own phone
What's In It
Built around the claim, not around a form.
Nine things Restore does, built around how a small shop actually runs a claim.
The claim timeline
Every call, text, photo, reading, equipment move, estimate, signature, and carrier stage change lands on one derived timeline. Nobody rebuilds the story from a group text.
One-tap homeowner updates
Eight moments are pre-written and editable: "Equipment placed", "Sent to your carrier", "Drying complete", and five more. Each sends from the tech's own phone. No Twilio, no per-message fees.
Last-contact flag
The office sees which homeowner hasn't heard from anyone in 2 days, right on Home, while it is still a phone call and not a one-star review.
Homeowner intake, then their claim page
Before you hang up on the first call, the homeowner gets a text with a link. They type their own email and confirm the spelling of their name, so the office isn't guessing off a voicemail. The same link becomes their claim page: where it stands in plain words, what happens next, their estimate ready to sign. Nothing to download, no password to reset.
Adjuster package
One link with the estimate by room (RCV, depreciation, ACV), the drying log, the floor plan with affected rooms, equipment days, and photos. Adjusters stop emailing for evidence.
Drying log and moisture readings, included
The drying log app and moisture reading app Encircle charges per claim for, built in: photos by room, daily moisture and atmospheric readings with GPP, measured floor plans, equipment days on site, and a Before-you-leave checklist.
Estimates that become invoices
The signed estimate becomes the invoice when the claim completes. Money is office-eyes-only, and payments are recorded as Cash, Check, Card, or Insurance. The books stay in QuickBooks.
Desktop office layout
On the office laptop: a left rail, the claims board, and the claim page in three columns. Phones stay the field app, with the buttons a tech needs and nothing else.
Works offline, installs from the browser
Installs to the home screen from the browser and keeps working with zero bars. Readings and photos save on-device and sync when signal returns. Your own private database with nightly backups.
Carrier stage is recorded as the carrier reports it. Restore keeps the record of the claim; it does not decide coverage, process payments, or keep the books.
Real Screens
On the phone in the field. On the laptop in the office.
Screenshots of the Restore build, captured with sample data so no homeowner's information is on display. Not mockups.

Tap through it yourself
The live demo is Restore & Repair Co., a sample shop running in Demo Mode on your own phone. Open the claims dashboard, log a moisture reading in the drying log, place a dehumidifier and watch the day counter start, then generate the adjuster-format report. Nothing you type is saved anywhere but your device, and your browser's Back button brings you right back here.
The Platform Underneath
Not a prototype. A septic company runs on it every day.
Rogue Core: Restore is the Go Rogue Core platform, live since July 2026 at Septic Plus Inc in Commerce, GA, shaped around the claim instead of the job. The scheduling, property records, e-signed estimates, reviews, and offline field app are already proven on real trucks. Restore adds the claim on top.
